On the afternoon of August 29th, at the Thai Binh Provincial People's Procuracy, the Supreme People's Procuracy held a ceremony to announce and present the decisions of the Chief Procurator of the Supreme People's Procuracy regarding the appointment of the Chief Procurator and Deputy Chief Procurator of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Procuracy; and also to bid farewell to the former Chief Procurator of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Procuracy before his retirement.
Attending the ceremony were comrades Ngo Dong Hai – Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Thai Binh province; comrade Nguyen Duy Giang – Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy; representatives of the leadership of the Provincial People's Committee, departments, and agencies in Thai Binh province;
At the ceremony, Mr. Tang Ngoc Tuan, Director of the Personnel and Organization Department of the Supreme People's Procuracy, announced the decisions of the Supreme People's Procuracy's Chief Procurator regarding the appointment of Mr. Pham Viet Vuong, Deputy Chief Procurator of Thai Binh province, to the position of Chief Procurator of Thai Binh province, with a term of appointment of 5 years from September 1st. He also announced the transfer and appointment of Mr. Vu Xuan Dong, Deputy Director of the Personnel and Organization Department of the Supreme People's Procuracy, to the position of Deputy Chief Procurator of Thai Binh province, also with a term of appointment of 5 years from September 1st.
Prior to being appointed as the Chief Prosecutor of Thai Binh Province, Comrade Pham Viet Vuong (born in 1975, from Tien Hai District, Thai Binh Province) had served for many years as the Deputy Chief Prosecutor of Thai Binh Province. Before that, he held the position of Chief Prosecutor of Tien Hai District.
Also at the ceremony, Comrade Pham Van Tuan – Head of the Organization Department of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee – announced the decisions of the Standing Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial Party Committee regarding the appointment of Comrade Pham Viet Vuong – the new Chief Prosecutor and member of the Party Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Procuracy – to the position of Secretary of the Party Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Procuracy from September 1st. It also appointed Comrade Tran Thi Thu Tra – Deputy Chief Prosecutor and member of the Party Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Procuracy – to the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Thai Binh Provincial People's Procuracy from September 1st.
Comrade Ngo Dong Hai – Member of the Central Committee of the Party, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Thai Binh province, and Comrade Nguyen Duy Giang – Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme People's Procuracy, presented flowers and expressed their deep gratitude for the contributions of Comrade Lai Hop Manh – Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of the Party Committee, Chief Prosecutor of the People's Procuracy of Thai Binh province, before his retirement.
