Pham Hai Anh won the title of Miss Hoa Lu 2024

Attending the final night were: Ms. Bui Mai Hoa, Member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Propaganda Department; Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports , Head of the Organizing Committee of the Competition; leaders of several departments, agencies, and organizations of the province; representatives of sponsors, along with a large number of delegates, spectators, and people from inside and outside the province who came to watch and cheer.

The final night featured beauties from Ninh Binh province who have won top prizes in national and international beauty pageants: Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Thi Xuan Hanh; Miss Universe Global 2024 Hoang Hai Yen; First Runner-up Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 Nguyen Thi Thu Trang; Miss Hoa Lu 2022, Top 10 Miss Vietnam 2022 Pham Giang My.

The judging panel consists of six members: Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan, Head of the Judging Panel; People's Artist Mai Thuy, Deputy Director of Ninh Binh Cheo Theatre, member; Miss Universe Vietnam 2023 Bui Thi Xuan Hanh, member; journalist Ngo Ba Luc, member; makeup artist Quang Bi, member; and designer Ha Duy, member.

In the final night, 18 contestants competed in three rounds: traditional Vietnamese dress (áo dài), swimwear, and evening gowns. Throughout the competition, the contestants showcased their youthful charm, captivating presence, and confident demeanor, along with the elegance, splendor, and personality of modern young women.

In particular, the ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) segment, designed by Ha Silk (Ninh Binh), showcased the designer's vision, featuring images of Ninh Binh's attractive tourist destinations for both domestic and international visitors, such as Hoa Lu Ancient Town and the "Golden Colors of Tam Coc." The contestants in this segment highlighted the beauty of Vietnamese women in traditional attire.

In the swimsuit competition, the contestants were confident and alluring as they performed on stage to the music of the Emmy dance troupe and the vocals of the singers.

The evening gown segment was the perfect opportunity for each contestant to showcase their figure, exude elegance and stand out, receiving enthusiastic and lively applause from the judges, delegates, and audience.

Contributing to the success of the final night was the stage with its magnificent sound and lighting system. Interspersed with the contestants' performances were spectacular cultural performances featuring music groups and singers such as Quách Mai Thy, Thùy Linh, Minh Quân, Thu Thủy... which helped to highlight the youthful beauty, vibrant energy, and graceful, fresh, and innocent charm of the young women from the ancient capital of Hoa Lư, Ninh Bình.

After the competitions and performances in traditional Vietnamese ao dai, swimwear, and evening gowns, the Organizing Committee selected the top 10 outstanding contestants with the highest scores from each round; then, they chose the 5 most outstanding contestants from the top 10 to participate in the Q&A round.

The top 5 contestants who advanced to the Q&A round included: Bui Quynh Anh, contestant number 166; Pham Hai Anh, contestant number 06; Ngo Thi Thanh Van, contestant number 56; Trinh Thi Trung Thu, contestant number 156; and Tong Thi Lan Anh, contestant number 138.

In the Q&A segment, contestants received questions from the judging panel on topics such as: the importance of mental health for young people; how the concept of beauty for Vietnamese women has changed in modern life; their thoughts on young people spending too much time on social media; which location in Ninh Binh would they recommend to international friends; and how to introduce traditional art forms of Ninh Binh... A special feature of this year's "Hoa Lu Beauty Queen" competition's Q&A segment was that one contestant answered the question bilingually in both Vietnamese and English.

The Q&A segment is an opportunity for contestants to demonstrate their understanding, social knowledge, and public speaking skills. It's also a showcase of intellectual prowess and breakthroughs, allowing the judges to make their final decisions.

As a result, with her beautiful face, bright smile, radiant stage presence, and well-proportioned figure, contestant Pham Hai Anh, number 06, was crowned Miss Hoa Lu 2024. The prize for this title is worth 50 million VND and includes gifts such as an ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) and beauty care products.

Comrade Nguyen Manh Cuong, Director of the Department of Culture and Sports, Head of the Organizing Committee of the "Hoa Lu Beauty Queen" Contest 2024, and Pham Giang My, the Hoa Lu Beauty Queen of 2022, presented the crown, sash, and flowers to the Hoa Lu Beauty Queen of 2024.

The new Miss Hoa Lu 2024, Pham Hai Anh, was born in 2006. She is 1.68m tall, weighs 51kg, and has measurements of 86-62-93. She comes from Nam Binh ward, Ninh Binh city.

The two titles were awarded as follows: Second place was awarded to contestant number 56, Ngo Thi Thanh Van, with a prize of 30 million VND and gifts including an ao dai (traditional Vietnamese dress) and beauty products; Third place was awarded to contestant number 156, Trinh Thi Trung Thu, with a prize of 20 million VND and gifts including an ao dai and beauty products.

At the final night, the Organizing Committee also presented the special awards of the Contest, including: Miss Talent; Miss Most Charming Face; Miss Best Answer in the Q&A Round; Miss Best in Ao Dai; Miss Best in Swimsuit; Miss Best in Evening Gown; Miss Congeniality; and Miss Photogenic. Each award included a certificate, a prize of 10 million VND, and beauty care products.

The winners of the official titles will be nominated to participate in Miss Vietnam, Miss World Vietnam, and other beauty pageants.
