

At the Vietnam Women's Museum, the wife of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and the wife of General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping visited the exhibition hall and listened to presentations about the documents and artifacts at the museum, which aim to honor the beauty of Vietnamese women and reflect the development and changes in the role, status, and lives of women in society over time.
Professor Peng Liyuan sincerely thanked Ms. Ngo Thi Man for visiting the museum, which helped her better understand the diligence and courage of Vietnamese women.


Following that, the two ladies met and interacted with exemplary figures in education and young girls with the aim of promoting education.
Listening to the presentations, Professor Peng Liyuan - Goodwill Ambassador of the World Health Organization for Tuberculosis and HIV-AIDS prevention, and Special Ambassador of UNESCO for the education of women and girls - expressed her admiration for the exemplary Vietnamese women and highly appreciated the role of education in changing the destinies of many disadvantaged women and girls.

In a warm and friendly atmosphere, Mrs. Ngo Thi Man, wife of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong, and Mrs. Peng Liyuan, wife of General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping, Professor Peng Liyuan, enjoyed tea, watched a traditional Vietnamese ao dai fashion show, and witnessed performances of Vietnamese traditional musical instruments.
The visit by the wives of the women left a deep impression and served as a valuable source of encouragement, strengthening friendship and fostering connections and exchanges between the women and people of the two countries.
