On the morning of August 25, the Provincial Party Committee for Mass Mobilization organized a training conference on mass mobilization work in 2023; deploying the contents of piloting the model of "Friendly Government serving the people" in communes, wards and towns in Thai Binh province for the period 2023 - 2025. Over 350 delegates, who are leaders and experts of the mass mobilization committees of district and city Party Committees; officials in charge of mass mobilization work of Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee; representatives of the leaders of the Department of Internal Affairs of districts and cities; Deputy Party Committee Secretaries and Heads of Mass Mobilization Blocks of communes, wards and towns in the province; Chairmen of People's Committees of communes, wards and towns selected to pilot the model of "Friendly Government serving the people" listened to four topics: some issues of current religious and belief work; some contents on implementing the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization"; Law No. 10/2022/QH15 dated November 10, 2022 of the 15th National Assembly on implementing democracy at the grassroots level and some issues on implementing democracy today; implementing Project No. 08-DA/TU dated July 5, 2023 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on piloting the model of "Friendly Government serving the people" in communes, wards and towns in Thai Binh province for the period 2023 - 2025 and guiding the implementation of the Project.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council affirmed: The topics conveyed at the conference are all important, practical issues, regularly implemented, so delegates are requested to uphold the spirit of responsibility, proactively, actively, seriously absorb fully and grasp the contents of the topics to organize effective implementation. Any issues that are unclear or still have concerns can be directly discussed with the reporter for explanation, analysis and clarification, helping the research and updating to be highly effective.

He emphasized: The tasks of the province in the coming time are very heavy, to achieve the set goals requires the efforts of the entire political system, including the mass mobilization system at all levels. Localities and units need to focus on studying and fully grasping the policies and resolutions of the central government and the province, especially the policies and resolutions related to the Party's mass mobilization work to cadres and party members; at the same time, build action programs that are close to the actual situation of the locality. Pay attention to doing a good job of propaganda and mobilization work, creating high consensus and unity in the implementation process. Regularly grasp the people's situation, closely follow the grassroots, pay attention to resolving the people's legitimate thoughts, aspirations and recommendations, avoid pushing, avoiding, and being afraid to contact the people. Continue to promote emulation movements, especially the emulation movement "Skilled mass mobilization" in all fields to ensure substance and effectiveness, creating a wide spread. Promote democracy at the grassroots level. Boost socio-economic development, improve people's material and spiritual life, and firmly consolidate people's trust in the leadership of Party committees and authorities at all levels.
