The Provincial People's Committee announced the decisions on: Transferring and appointing Mr. Pham Hong Bien - Chief of Office of the Quang Ninh Provincial People's Committee - to hold the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment from April 1, 2024; receiving and appointing Mr. Ngo Quang Hung - Deputy Chief of Office of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee - to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee from April 1, 2024; temporarily transferring and appointing Mr. Pham Thanh Trung - Deputy Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and People's Council of Quang Ninh province - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Construction from April 1, 2024; temporarily appointing Mr. Bui Tuan Anh - Head of the General - Planning Division, Department of Planning and Investment - to hold the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment from April 1, 2024.
