The meeting, organized by the Quang Ninh Provincial Women Entrepreneurs Association, was attended by Ms. Ha Thu Thanh, Vice President of the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Association; representatives from the Quang Ninh Provincial Women's Union, the Business Association, the Young Entrepreneurs Association, the Startup Investment Club, the Global Elegant Ladies Association of Quang Ninh Province, and over 100 female entrepreneurs who are members of the association.

Sharing her thoughts on the topic of "The Happiness of Female Entrepreneurs," Vice President of the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Association, Ha Thu Thanh, affirmed: Happiness does not come from success. Happiness needs to be viewed from many different perspectives such as physical, mental, and social relationships...
Ms. Thanh particularly emphasized the networking perspective. Each networking event is an opportunity to access resources (financial, intellectual, and personal connections), a tool for female entrepreneurs to assert themselves, increase their influence and personal prestige, strengthen cooperation within and outside the province as well as internationally, and seek more business opportunities, thereby balancing work and life.
Furthermore, female entrepreneurs in leadership positions need to know how to listen and share; to appreciate and be grateful. These emotions bring joy and peace and play a crucial role in creating a happy business, a happy family, and a happy personal life for the female entrepreneur.
Ms. Ha Thu Thanh, Vice President of the Vietnam Women Entrepreneurs Association, shared her thoughts on the topic of happiness.
"When women are happy, the family—the basic unit of society—is happy. A happy family contributes to a happy society, and conversely, a happy society helps families and their members, including female entrepreneurs, to be happy," Ms. Ha Thu Thanh emphasized.
