Faced with these difficulties, Vice Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Hong Hai directed relevant departments to guide commune-level authorities on detailed procedures for implementing unit prices and land valuation in site clearance. The Bao Loc - Lien Khuong Expressway project was started by the Lam Dong Provincial People's Committee on June 29, 2025.
