Having just landed in Hanoi on the afternoon of August 22, J Balvin and his crew took the time to visit the capital, joining the crowd of people excitedly checking in on the red flag with a yellow star. On his Instagram page with more than 50 million followers, the "reggaeton king" showed off a series of photos of his experience in the capital in the days leading up to the grand ceremony. He attached the caption: "First day in Vietnam. I'm ready for my first reggaeton performance here."
In the new series of photos, he enjoys riding a cyclo around the streets, past Hanoi Cathedral, through some streets, and stopping by Hoan Kiem Lake. The 8X singer delighted Vietnamese fans when he truly transformed himself into an international tourist experiencing the pace of life in the capital, freely interacting with people around him, taking pictures with a group of Vietnamese people wearing red flags with yellow stars and capturing unique scenes on the streets.
