The summary report at the conference stated that in 2025, the Party Committee and Command of Division 316 led and implemented synchronously and effectively solutions to protect the Party's ideological foundation and fight against erroneous and hostile views. Activities on cyberspace were promptly deployed to orient the ideology and public opinion of officers and soldiers, contributing to maintaining the ideological battlefield in the entire Division; effectively maintaining propaganda pages and groups such as "Light", "Tuoi Tre 316" and the fanpage system of the regiments...

Regarding ideological management and discipline, in 2025, Division 316 has closely followed the above directives and regulations. The work of grasping and managing soldiers' ideology is carried out regularly, promptly, anytime, anywhere; closely linking education and management with caring for the material and spiritual life of soldiers. The coordination between the unit, locality and family in ideological management and military discipline is carried out closely, contributing to maintaining internal stability and ensuring absolute safety in all aspects.

In addition to the achieved results, the conference also frankly pointed out a number of limitations; from there, the conference drew many lessons and clearly identified the directions and key tasks in the coming time.

Colonel Pham Hong Du, Deputy Political Commissar of Division 316, delivered a concluding speech at the conference.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Pham Hong Du requested the Party committees and commanders of the agencies and units under Division 316 to continue to thoroughly grasp the resolutions and directives of the Party, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on protecting the Party's ideological foundation and the work of ideological management and discipline. At the same time, he also requested to continue to innovate the content and methods of fighting in cyberspace in a proactive, flexible, and effective manner; promote the role of mass organizations and military councils; ensure good policies and regimes, care for soldiers' lives, maintain stability and internal solidarity, and create a solid foundation for the Division to successfully complete all assigned tasks.
