Nearly 200,000 entries to the Political Contest to Protect the Party's Ideological Foundation

The Central Youth Union said that the first political contest to protect the Party's ideological foundation among union members and youth in 2025, launched by the Central Youth Union, received nearly 200,000 entries.

The Central Steering Committee 35 of the Youth Union has just reported on the results of the first political contest on protecting the Party's ideological foundation among union members and youth in 2025.

Accordingly, by the time of closing the contest entry (0:00 on June 26, 2025), the contest had received 199,022 entries, exceeding nearly 70,000 entries (54.4%) of the number of entries in 2024 and exceeding 20.5% of the target set by the Central Youth Union Secretariat in this year's contest.

Of which, the contest website received 122,549 entries. The number of entries in the newspaper and magazine category accounted for 96.2%; the number of entries in the video , radio, and television category accounted for 1%; the number of entries in the graphic product category accounted for 2.7%.

Some units have a good number of entries: Military Youth Union (82,858 entries in both paper and electronic versions); People's Public Security Youth Union has 19,630 entries; Thai Binh (old) has 24,966 entries, and up to 50% of local union members participated in the contest.

After the preliminary round, 570 quality entries from provincial, municipal and affiliated youth unions were sent to the Central Youth Union. The Central Preliminary Council conducted the scoring and selected about 200 entries (scoring 86 points or more) to compete in the final round of the contest organized by the Central Youth Union, and at the same time sent to participate in the 5th Political Essay Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation in 2025.
