Prime Minister decides to appoint leaders of a number of ministries and agencies

(Chinhphu.vn) - On September 3, 2025, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed the Decisions to receive, transfer, and appoint leaders of ministries and agencies: Health, Justice, Science and Technology, Education and Training, Government Inspectorate, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, and Hanoi National University.

Specifically, in Decision No. 1880/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister accepted and appointed Mr. Le Van Loi, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics , to hold the position of President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.

In Decision No. 1881/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister accepted and appointed Mr. Vu Manh Ha, alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Minister of Health .

In Decision No. 1882/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Phan Chi Hieu, President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Justice .

In Decision No. 1883/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister accepted and appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate.

In Decision No. 1885/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Hoang Minh Son, Deputy Minister of Education and Training, to hold the position of Chairman of the Council and Director of Hanoi National University.

In Decision No. 1886/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister accepted and appointed Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Lam Dong province to hold the position of Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.

In Decision No. 1887/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned and appointed Mr. Vu Hai Quan, member of the Party Central Committee, Chairman of the Council, Director of Ho Chi Minh City National University, to hold the position of Permanent Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.

In Decision No. 1889/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister assigned and appointed Mr. Le Quan, Chairman of the Council and Director of Hanoi National University, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.

The above decisions take effect from September 3, 2025.
