Specifically, in Decision No. 1880/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister accepted and appointed Mr. Le Van Loi, Deputy Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics , to the position of President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.
In Decision No. 1881/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister accepted and appointed Mr. Vu Manh Ha, Alternate Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Lai Chau Provincial Party Committee, to the position of Permanent Deputy Minister of Health .
In Decision No. 1882/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Phan Chi Hieu, President of the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences, to the position of Deputy Minister of Justice .
In Decision No. 1883/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister accepted and appointed Mr. Nguyen Van Quang, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam and Secretary of the Da Nang City Party Committee, to the position of Permanent Deputy Inspector General of the Government Inspectorate.
In Decision No. 1885/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Hoang Minh Son, Deputy Minister of Education and Training, to the position of Chairman of the Council and Director of Hanoi National University.
In Decision No. 1886/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister accepted and appointed Mr. Tran Hong Thai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council of Lam Dong province, to the position of Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology.
In Decision No. 1887/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Vu Hai Quan, Member of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Chairman of the Council and Director of the Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, to the position of Permanent Deputy Minister of Science and Technology.
In Decision No. 1889/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister transferred and appointed Mr. Le Quan, Chairman of the Council and Director of Hanoi National University, to the position of Deputy Minister of Education and Training.
These decisions will take effect from September 3, 2025.
