General Secretary To Lam and his wife will pay an official visit to Bulgaria.

General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam and his wife, along with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, will pay an official visit to Bulgaria from October 22-24, 2025.

According to the announcement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the invitation of President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rumen Radev, General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam and his wife, along with a high-ranking Vietnamese delegation, will pay an official visit to Bulgaria.

The visit will take place from October 22-24, 2025./.
