Previously, on the morning of April 9, Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh, residing in An Thanh ward, Hong Ngu city, Dong Thap province, unexpectedly received 400 million VND in his bank account from a person named Nguyen Hoang Vu.

Suspecting that someone had mistakenly transferred money into his bank account, Mr. Thanh went to An Thanh Ward Police to report.

Hong Ngu City Police coordinated with Vietcombank Hong Ngu City branch to verify, clarify, and then return the amount of 400 million VND to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Vu.
