The four contestants participating in the 2025 Road to Olympia final are: Le Quang Duy Khoa; Nguyen Nhut Lam; Doan Thanh Tung and Tran Bui Bao Khanh.
From 8 a.m., the four contestants arrived at the studio, tested the equipment, and placed their souvenirs and lucky items on the competition platform.
According to the draw order, Le Quang Duy Khoa (Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted, Hue) will compete in first place. Following him will be Doan Thanh Tung (Le Quy Don High School for the Gifted, Khanh Hoa), Tran Bui Bao Khanh ( Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for the Gifted), and Nguyen Nhut Lam (Cai Be High School, Dong Thap).
Before entering the competition, Le Quang Duy Khoa expressed his hope to uphold the traditions of Hue National High School and win.
After watching the enthusiastic cheers from his hometown and school fans, Doan Thanh Tung broke down in tears out of emotion.
Bao Khanh couldn't hide her emotions at the enthusiastic support from her family, teachers, and friends at the Doan Mon Gate - Thang Long Imperial Citadel, Hanoi.
Nguyen Nhut Lam shared that everyone has a mountain peak to conquer and cherish in their heart.
The final match has begun.
In the Warm-up round, Le Quang Duy Khoa finished in first place. The male student earned 40 points from the 6-question package for each contestant.
Doan Thanh Tung entered the competition immediately afterward and scored 30 points.
Bao Khanh answered 5 out of 6 questions correctly and scored 50 points.
Nhut Lam finished each contestant's individual round with 40 points.
During the general question round, the contestants demonstrated equal skill, continuously taking turns to answer.
At the end of the Warm-up round, Bao Khanh temporarily took the lead with 65 points. However, the competition promised to be tense and dramatic as the contestants behind him were very close in terms of points. At this point, Duy Khoa, in second place, was only 5 points behind Bao Khanh; Nhut Lam had 35 points and Thanh Tung had 30 points.
In the Obstacle Course section, all four contestants gave the correct answer to the first clue in the horizontal row, and each earned an additional 10 points.
In the second horizontal clue question, only Thanh Tung answered correctly, earning an additional 10 points. Not stopping there, immediately after this correct answer, Thanh Tung pressed the buzzer to signal his intention to answer the Obstacle. The answer given by the student from Khanh Hoa was "The Soul of Truong Ba, the Butcher's Skin," which earned him an additional 50 points, bringing his total to 100. Thus, at the end of this round, Thanh Tung temporarily took the lead in the climbing challenge. At this point, Bao Khanh had 75 points, Duy Khoa had 70 points, and Nhut Lam had 45 points.

Before the program announced the answer, the MCs also asked Thanh Tung about his decision. The student from Khanh Hoa shared: "I only have one chance to stand on the stage of the Olympia final, and that is my decision."
Speed Round
In the first question, three contestants gave the correct answer: Bao Khanh, Nhut Lam, and Thanh Tung, earning an additional 40, 30, and 20 points respectively.
In the second question, all four contestants gave the correct answer. Bao Khanh continued to answer the fastest and earned an additional 40 points. Nhut Lam, Thanh Tung, and Duy Khoa earned an additional 30, 20, and 10 points respectively.
In the third question, all four contestants again gave the correct answer. Duy Khoa answered the fastest, earning an additional 40 points; Thanh Tung, Bao Khanh, and Nhut Lam answered later, earning an additional 30, 20, and 10 points respectively.
In the final speed round question, Thanh Tung, Duy Khoa, Nhut Lam, and Bao Khanh all answered correctly and earned an additional 40, 30, 20, and 10 points respectively.

At the end of this round, Thanh Tung continued to lead the climbing team with 210 points. Following him were Bao Khanh with 185 points, Duy Khoa with 150 points, and Nhut Lam with 135 points.
In the final round, Thanh Tung was the first to compete. The student from Khanh Hoa shared: "I'm someone who smiles a lot, but I'm also very easily moved."
Thanh Tung chose the 20-20-20 question package. On the first question, Thanh Tung failed to answer and Nhut Lam had the chance to answer. However, Nhut Lam also failed to give the correct answer. After this question, Nhut Lam lost 10 points, leaving him with 125 points.
In the second question, Thanh Tung gave an incorrect answer. Duy Khoa then answered, but also gave an incorrect answer. After this question, Thanh Tung retained his score, while Duy Khoa lost 10 points and now has 140 points.
In the third question of his turn, Thanh Tung again failed to give the correct answer. However, the scenario was similar; Bao Khanh took the opportunity to answer, but also gave an incorrect answer and lost 10 points, leaving him with 175 points. Thus, at the end of his turn, Thanh Tung retained his score, while each other player lost 10 points.

Bao Khanh entered the second round and chose the 20-30-20 question package. On the first question, Bao Khanh gave a very decisive and accurate answer, earning an additional 20 points, bringing his score to 195. On the second question, the Hanoi student demonstrated his excellence by again giving a correct answer, earning an additional 30 points, raising his score to 225 and temporarily taking the lead in the competition. Bao Khanh had a perfect final round, answering the third question correctly, earning another 20 points and raising his score to 245.
Duy Khoa was the third contestant to enter the competition and chose the 20-30-30 question package. On the first question, Duy Khoa failed to provide the correct answer, allowing Nhựt Lam to answer correctly. After this question, Nhựt Lam gained 20 points, bringing his score to 145; Duy Khoa lost 20 points, leaving him with 120.
In the second question, Duy Khoa was again unsuccessful with his answer. However, Bao Khanh had the chance to answer but also failed to give the correct answer. After this question, Duy Khoa retained his score while Bao Khanh lost 15 points, leaving him with 230 points.
For the third question, Duy Khoa decided to choose the "star of hope" option. With the correct answer, the student from Hue earned an additional 60 points, bringing his total score to 180 points.
At this point, Nhựt Lam's final performance became more important than ever. Before this round, the contestant with the highest provisional score was Bảo Khánh with 230 points, but the one in second place, Thanh Tùng, also had 210 points. Duy Khoa had 180 points and Nhựt Lam had 145 points.
In his turn, Nhựt Lam chose the 30-30-30 question package. He failed to answer the first question correctly, but no other contestant had the opportunity to answer it either.
In the second question, in English, Nhut Lam chose the "star of hope" option and gave the correct answer. Earning an additional 60 points, Nhut Lam unexpectedly surged ahead, raising her score to 205 points. At this point, she was only 25 points behind the temporarily leading contestant, Bao Khanh, and exactly 5 points behind the second-place contestant.
However, on the third question, Nhut Lam did not give the correct answer, and Bao Khanh took the opportunity to answer. Despite not giving the correct answer, the 15-point deduction was still enough for Bao Khanh to achieve the highest overall score of 215 points, thus winning the 25th season of "Road to Olympia". Thanh Tung finished in second place, just 5 points behind the leader. Nhut Lam scored 205 points, and Duy Khoa 180 points.
Thanh Tung received a prize of 200 million VND. Nhut Lam and Duy Khoa received a prize of 100 million VND each.
Profiles of the 4 finalists in the 2025 Road to Olympia competition.
The first ticket to the 2025 Road to Olympia final went to Le Quang Duy Khoa (Quoc Hoc High School for the Gifted, Hue), the winner of Quarter 1 with 160 points. This is the 8th time Hue has had a contestant participate in the Road to Olympia final.
This school also has the most first-year finalists to date, including 3 finalists (Ho Ngoc Han in 2009, Ho Dac Thanh Chuong in 2016, and Vo Quang Phu Duc in 2024). Therefore, if Duy Khoa wins the final, Hue will surpass Quang Ninh to become the locality with the most Olympia champions nationwide, with 4 contestants.
Nguyen Nhut Lam (Cai Be High School, Dong Thap province) secured the second spot in the final round of the 25th season of "Road to Olympia" after winning the second quarter-final with 290 points. This also marks the first time Cai Be High School (formerly part of Tien Giang province, now part of Dong Thap province) has had a live broadcast of the final round of "Road to Olympia". Following the merger of provinces and cities, if Nhut Lam wins, Dong Thap will have its first-ever "Road to Olympia" champion.
Doan Thanh Tung (Le Quy Don Specialized High School, Khanh Hoa) is the winner of the third quarter competition with 255 points. If Thanh Tung wins the final round of the 25th season, Khanh Hoa will have its first ever champion of the "Road to Olympia" competition.
The last person to secure a spot in the annual final was Tran Bui Bao Khanh (Hanoi - Amsterdam High School for Gifted Students, Hanoi) after winning the quarter-final competition in the fourth quarter with a total score of 270. Hanoi has the opportunity to become the locality with two Olympia champions if Tran Bui Bao Khanh wins the annual final.
The winner of the final round will receive a laurel wreath, a commemorative trophy, a prize of $50,000, and an opportunity to study abroad. The runners-up and third-place contestants will receive prizes worth 200 and 100 million VND respectively.
Besides the two MCs, Khánh Vy and Ngọc Huy, hosting from Studio S14 of Vietnam Television, the four MCs who will host the final round of the 25th season of "Road to Olympia" at various locations are: Đức Bảo (in Huế); Huyền Trang Mù Tạt (in Hanoi); Công Tố (in Khánh Hòa); and Phí Linh (in Đồng Tháp).
