The program attracts a large number of elderly people to participate, providing a space to learn and experience modern technology, contributing to narrowing the digital gap between generations.
Here, the elderly have access to a series of close and practical activities such as: artificial intelligence (AI) application classes, digital skill game stations, digital photo exhibitions, health and network safety consultation areas. All content is directly guided by lecturers and young volunteers, helping the elderly confidently look up information, use smart devices, and create digital content.

According to Ms. Phan Bao Thy, Director of Silver Digital Citizen Company Limited, statistics show that people aged 55 and over account for nearly 20% of internet users in Vietnam (2023), but compared to a total of 16 million elderly people (as of 2024), the ability to proficiently use smartphones and digital services is still modest...
Compared to other countries in the world, Vietnam is still at a low level, especially in terms of proficiency and diversity in using digital services. Vietnamese elderly people mainly use the Internet for communication, while in developed countries, they have expanded to the fields of health , finance, transportation and online entertainment.
This event expects the elderly, also known as "Silver Generation", to gradually adapt to new technology, no longer being behind in the digital age, today's elderly are proving that they can master technology, connect with the community... From there, promote transformation and support the silver generation to get closer to public services, digital transformation in healthcare and maintain safety in the digital environment.
