It is forecasted that on the morning of September 12, in the Northern Delta, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An, there will be moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with common rainfall of 15-30mm, locally over 50mm. From noon to afternoon, the rain will gradually decrease.

Today and tonight, other places in the North will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 10 to 30mm, locally over 50mm; from Ha Tinh to Binh Thuan, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain with rainfall from 10 to 30mm, locally over 70mm.

The Central Highlands and the South have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain with rainfall from 20 to 40mm, locally over 80mm (rain concentrated in the afternoon and night).

Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
