In the joyful atmosphere of the opening day of the school year, on the morning of September 5th, Comrade Dao Xuan Yen, Member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Propaganda Department of the Provincial Party Committee, attended the opening ceremony of the 2024-2025 school year, the inauguration, and the announcement of the decision to rename Hoang Le Kha High School (Ha Trung). Despite facing many difficulties and challenges in the 2023-2024 school year, the teachers and students of Hoang Le Kha High School have upheld their tradition of studiousness, strived to overcome difficulties, and achieved many outstanding results in teaching and learning. In the 2023-2024 school year, over 90% of students received good or excellent conduct ratings; and 38% of students achieved excellent academic performance.

At the provincial-level competition for outstanding students in cultural subjects, the school won 27 awards, an increase of 10 awards and a 6-rank improvement compared to the 2022-2023 school year. The school's chess team won 16 awards at the Phu Dong Sports Festival, including a third-place team award. In the "Echoes of Thanh Hoa" competition, students from the school won third place in the quarterly round. In the competition on the history of the Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, the school won 6 awards; in the "Traffic Safety for Tomorrow's Smile" competition, one student won third place nationally; and in the "Initiatives to Ensure School Order in Preventing School Violence and Child Labor in 2024" competition, two students won consolation prizes.

In the 2024 high school graduation exam, Hoang Le Kha High School achieved a 99.72% pass rate, with many students scoring 9 or 10 points, and many having university entrance exam scores of 27 points or higher. These achievements in the 2023-2024 school year provide a solid foundation for the teachers and students of Hoang Le Kha High School to successfully achieve the goals and tasks set for the new 2024-2025 school year.

Hoang Le Kha High School was established in 1981, initially named Trung Son High School, located in Ha Toai commune. In 1992, the school moved to Ha Trung town and changed its name to Hoang Le Kha High School. To meet the learning needs of students and the requirements for improving the quality of education , in 2024, a new Hoang Le Kha High School was built in Ha Binh and Yen Son communes with an investment of nearly 79 billion VND.

The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department emphasized: The 2024-2025 school year is of special significance, a year in which the entire province strives to achieve the goals and targets of the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress; a year in which Party congresses at all levels and the 20th Provincial Party Congress will be held, leading up to the 14th National Party Congress. To effectively implement the goals and tasks set for this school year, the Education and Training sector, Party committees, and local authorities need to continue to thoroughly understand the Party's guidelines and policies on fundamental and comprehensive reform of education and training in accordance with the Central Committee's resolution and the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels. They should promote the development of school culture and pay attention to educating and instilling in teachers and students a sense of patriotism, national pride, and a desire to contribute to the development of their homeland and country.
Furthermore, it is necessary to implement comprehensive solutions to improve the overall quality of education; strive to increase the number of excellent students, the percentage of students admitted to universities, and improve the ranking in the high school graduation exam. Effective career guidance and vocational orientation for students should be implemented; emphasis should be placed on educating students about ideals, ethics, lifestyle, creativity, and a sense of responsibility to the community; and social vices that threaten to infiltrate schools should be combated, building a safe, friendly, and healthy educational environment.

In the 2024-2025 school year, teachers and students of Hoang Le Kha High School will officially begin teaching and learning in their new, spacious, and modern school building. The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department requested that the school effectively manage, utilize, and exploit the invested facilities; continue to mobilize social resources to enhance facilities and teaching equipment, plant more trees, and build a school environment that is increasingly bright, green, clean, and beautiful.
