In addition to the requirement of painting the vehicle a dark yellow, the front and two sides above the windows must display signs indicating that the vehicle is specifically designed to transport preschool children and schoolchildren.

To ensure road traffic order and safety for vehicles transporting preschool children and students, Article 46 of the Law on Road Traffic Order and Safety clearly states that vehicles used for transporting preschool children and students must meet several requirements: They must have equipment to record images of preschool children and students, and equipment with a warning function to prevent children from being left behind in the vehicle; and their service life must not exceed 20 years.
Vehicles transporting preschool or primary school children must have age-appropriate seat belts or use vehicles with age-appropriate seating as prescribed by law. In addition, when transporting preschool or primary school children, at least one supervisor must be assigned to each vehicle to guide, supervise, maintain order, and ensure the safety of preschool and primary school children throughout the journey.
In the case of vehicles with 29 seats or more (excluding the driver's seat) carrying 27 or more preschool and primary school children, a minimum of two supervisors must be assigned to each vehicle.
The manager and driver are responsible for checking preschool and elementary school children when they disembark; preschool and elementary school children must not be left on the vehicle after the manager and driver have left. Drivers of vehicles transporting preschool and elementary school children must have a minimum of two years of experience driving passenger transport vehicles.
Educational institutions must establish safety procedures for transporting preschool children and students; instruct drivers and supervisors of preschool children and students to understand and correctly implement these procedures; and be responsible for ensuring road traffic order and safety when organizing the transportation of preschool children and students of that educational institution.
