During the citizen reception session, leaders of departments, agencies, and localities reported in detail on the process of receiving and handling complaints. This included five cases that had been resolved fairly and reasonably by competent state agencies, but the citizens continued to petition, and the Provincial Citizen Reception Council refused to receive them.

The aforementioned cases include Ms. Nguyen Thi Lap, residing in Quarter 3, Ward 1, Quang Tri town; Mr. Nguyen Manh Huong, residing in Quarter 5, Ward 1, Dong Ha city; Ms. Hoang Thi Tan and Ms. Hong Thi Thuy, residing in Quarter 3, An Don ward, Quang Tri town; Mr. Ho Van Hoai, residing in Area 3, Trieu Thuong commune, Trieu Phong district; and Mr. Mai Hong Son, residing at 85 Nguyen Hue, Quarter 3, Ward 1, Dong Ha city. The remaining cases are being reviewed and processed by relevant authorities and local governments within the prescribed timeframe and legal regulations.

Chief Inspector Nguyen Tri Kien, on behalf of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged the legitimate requests of citizens and assigned responsibility to relevant departments, agencies, and localities to review and conduct on-site inspections to advise competent authorities on resolving these requests definitively, ensuring citizens' rights and stabilizing the situation.

At the same time, we request that the Department of Justice direct the Provincial Legal Aid Center to assist citizens in exercising their right to provide feedback, make suggestions, and file complaints in accordance with the law, in order to protect their legitimate rights.
