The laws passed by the National Assembly include: the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Vietnamese Nationality; the Law on Cadres and Civil Servants (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Organization of People's Courts; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Organization of People's Procuracies; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Election of National Assembly Deputies and People's Council Deputies; the Law on Inspection (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Civil Procedure Code, the Administrative Procedure Law, the Law on Juvenile Justice, the Bankruptcy Law and the Law on Mediation and Dialogue in Court; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Criminal Code; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Promulgation of Legal Normative Documents; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Handling Administrative Violations; and the Law on State Budget (amended). The amended and supplemented laws include: the Law on Bidding; the Law on Investment under the Public-Private Partnership Method; the Customs Law; the Law on Export and Import Taxes; the Investment Law; the Law on Public Investment; the Law on Management and Use of Public Assets; the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Credit Institutions; the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Planning Law; and the Law on Protection of Personal Data.
The National Assembly also voted to pass the following laws: the Law on Participation in United Nations Peacekeeping Forces; the Law on Science, Technology and Innovation; the Law on Atomic Energy (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Criminal Procedure Code; the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Law on Trade Unions, the Law on Youth and the Law on Implementing Democracy at the Grassroots Level; the Law on Railways (amended); the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on National Defense, the Law on Officers of the People's Army, the Law on Professional Soldiers, Workers and Civil Servants of the National Defense, the Law on Military Service, the Law on Vietnam Border Guard, the Law on People's Air Defense, the Law on Reserve Mobilization Forces, the Law on Civil Defense, the Law on Management and Protection of National Defense Works and Military Zones, the Law on Militia and Self-Defense Forces, and the Law on National Defense and Security Education.
The resolutions passed by the National Assembly include: the National Assembly Resolution on the establishment of the National Election Council; the National Assembly Resolution electing the Chairman of the National Election Council; the National Assembly Resolution approving the list of Vice-Chairmen and Members of the National Election Council; and other National Assembly Resolutions on personnel matters within its authority.
Along with that are the resolutions: Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting the People's Procuracy to initiate civil lawsuits to protect the civil rights of vulnerable groups or to protect public interests; Resolution of the National Assembly on the mechanism for handling difficulties and obstacles caused by legal regulations; Resolution of the National Assembly on the National Assembly's supervision program for 2026; Resolution of the National Assembly amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Rules of Procedure of the National Assembly session issued together with Resolution No. 71/2022/QH15 of the National Assembly; Resolution of the National Assembly on exemption from agricultural land use tax; Resolution of the National Assembly on exemption and support of tuition fees for preschool children, primary and secondary school students, and learners of general education programs at educational institutions in the national education system; Resolution of the National Assembly on universal preschool education for kindergarten children aged 3 to 5 years old; Resolution of the National Assembly on the implementation of the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Organization of People's Courts, the Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on the Organization of People's Procuracies, procedural laws and other relevant laws.
In addition, the National Assembly also voted to approve the following resolutions: Resolution of the National Assembly on the investment policy for the Quy Nhon - Pleiku Expressway construction project; Resolution of the National Assembly on the investment policy for the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 4 construction project; Resolution of the National Assembly on adjusting the investment policy for the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway construction project, phase 1; Resolution of the National Assembly on the International Financial Center in Vietnam; Resolution of the National Assembly on piloting some specific mechanisms and policies for the development of Hai Phong city; Resolution of the National Assembly on approving the state budget settlement for 2023; Resolution of the National Assembly on the questioning activities at the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly; Resolution of the 9th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
According to the program, during the working week, the National Assembly will discuss: the draft Law on Mutual Legal Assistance in Civil Matters; the draft Law on Mutual Legal Assistance in Criminal Matters; the draft Law on Emergency Situations; the draft Law on Transfer of Persons Serving Prison Sentences; the draft Law on Extradition; and the results of monitoring the resolution of voter petitions submitted to the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly.
