Attending the program were: Major General Dang Van Lam, Deputy Commander of Military Region 7; Colonel Nguyen Hoang Minh, Commander of the Binh Duong Provincial Military Command; Colonel Nguyen Dinh Chuan, Political Commissar of the Binh Duong Provincial Military Command; Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Secretary of the Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union; and Nguyen Thi Le Trinh, President of the Binh Duong Provincial Red Cross Society.

In 2023, Binh Duong province's military recruitment efforts strictly adhered to and implemented the directives and guidance documents from the Military Recruitment Board of the Ministry of National Defense and Military Region 7. Simultaneously, the Binh Duong Provincial Military Command proactively coordinated closely with relevant departments, agencies, and localities to promote military recruitment awareness and provide timely and specific information through mass media. The provincial and district-level military recruitment career guidance teams also disseminated information about military traditions, military academies and schools, and the benefits for successful candidates. As a result, 80 high school graduates from across the province registered for recruitment into 11 military academies and schools.

The commander of Military Region 7 and the Binh Duong Provincial Military Command presented commendations to the students.

Speaking at the commendation ceremony, Colonel Nguyen Dinh Chuan, Political Commissar of the Binh Duong Provincial Military Command, congratulated the 80 high-achieving students who registered for admission to military academies and schools. He also expressed his hope that, in the coming time, upon entering formal studies, the students would uphold the traditions of their families and hometown of Binh Duong, actively and proactively studying and training, improving their qualities and abilities to become outstanding soldiers, meeting the requirements of army building. He urged the students to always be united with their comrades, always supporting, sharing, caring for, encouraging, and helping each other to progress.
