At the ceremony, Vice Chairman of Duong Hoa Commune People's Committee Nguyen Dinh Khoa emphasized that lifelong learning is the key for each person to rise up and assert themselves in the digital age. For Duong Hoa commune, Lifelong Learning Week aims to raise awareness, continue to arouse and promote the nation's precious tradition of learning. This is also an opportunity for the locality and the whole society to join hands in spreading the message: Learning anytime, anywhere, learning in school, in society, in digital space, to turn learning into a personal need of each person. Each individual who knows how to continuously learn and practice is a positive nucleus, a healthy cell, contributing to the formation of a sustainable learning society, a powerful nation, rich in intelligence, competitive and reaching out in the era of global integration.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Khoa suggested that villages, hamlets, and residential areas promote extensive propaganda about the purpose and significance of Lifelong Learning Week through various forms on the loudspeaker system, residential area meetings, youth union branches, women's union branches, veteran union branches, etc.; launch the movements "Learning families", "Learning clans", "Learning communities", associated with building a cultural life.

The whole commune implements the activities of the Week in the form of direct or direct combined online to spread the message and bring the theme of Lifelong Learning Week into life in a practical way; encourage teachers and students to exploit, use and popularize learning methods, skills, and tools..., contributing to building self-study capacity in the digital age; fully prepare conditions in terms of facilities, equipment and learning materials for the library system, especially digital libraries...; connect and link with the system of regular education institutions to build self-study capacity in the digital age; organize training courses and instructions on skills to search, exploit and use information on the internet effectively and safely for students, students, parents, officials, civil servants, public employees and workers.

To ignite the passion for learning, students of Duong Lieu Secondary School introduced the book “Living Forever with the Capital” by author Nguyen Huy Tuong. The work not only recreates the heroic and glorious period of the army and people of Hanoi in the early days of the resistance war, but is also a vivid picture of the indomitable spirit, sacrifice and noble patriotism.
