Selection of entries for the competition to defend the Party's ideological foundation.

The Propaganda Department of the Ha Tinh Provincial Party Committee has requested that district, city, and town Party committees conduct preliminary reviews, assessments, and selections of 15 entries for the 4th Political Commentary Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation, 2024.

Ha Tinh province was honored to receive the award for outstanding collective performance in organizing and implementing the 3rd Political Commentary Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation in 2023.

In accordance with Official Letter No. 5567-CV/HVCTQG dated February 6, 2024, from the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics , and Official Letter No. 2253-CV/TU dated February 21, 2024, from the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee regarding the implementation of the 4th Political Commentary Contest on Protecting the Party's Ideological Foundation in 2024, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department - the standing agency of the Provincial Steering Committee 35 - has issued a document requesting localities and units to effectively implement the following contents:

Adhering closely to Plan No. 2858-KH/HVCTQG, dated January 22, 2024, of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, the local authorities and units will direct the launching, organization, and implementation of the competition, ensuring quality, effectiveness, and suitability to the characteristics and situation of each locality and unit.

Regularly publicize the competition through mass media, social networks, and thematic meetings and activities; encourage groups and individuals to actively participate and submit many high-quality entries to the competition.

In 2023, Ha Tinh province had 7,675 entries in the competition.

After launching the competition, the district, city, and town Party Committees are responsible for compiling, conducting preliminary judging, and evaluating the entries from their respective localities and units, selecting 15 high-quality works to send to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department. The Tran Phu Political School, Ha Tinh Newspaper, and the Provincial Radio and Television Station will select 5 high-quality works to send directly to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department (with a report submitted through the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc).

For authors/groups of authors at the Party Committees of: Provincial Police, Provincial Border Guard Command, Provincial Military Command: submit entries to the Steering Committee 35 of the aforementioned units.

For authors/groups of authors affiliated with Party committees and branches at the district and grassroots levels; police, military, border guard forces, the Fatherland Front, and political and social organizations at the district and grassroots levels: submit entries to the Steering Committee 35 at the district level and equivalent (through the Standing Agency, which is the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee).

Authors/groups of authors from representative offices of press agencies and resident reporters of central newspapers located in the province should submit their entries to those press agencies, and simultaneously send a list of entries to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department for compilation.

Localities and units are requested to report on the direction, organization, launch, implementation, and results of participation in the Competition using the attached forms to the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the email address: thichinhluan35hatinh@gmail.com before June 20, 2024, for evaluation, preliminary judging, and compilation before submitting to the Central Organizing Committee of the Competition.
