The program, organized by the hospital's Social Work Department, includes many diverse activities such as making handmade perfume; free beauty area such as makeup, nail care, hair care, dry shampoo; giving gifts to patients and taking souvenir photos with the background of balloon flowers and wishing trees.


In addition, the program also includes an exhibition of paintings "Women with lotus flowers" made by child patients using fingerprints, and a concert "White Blouse Melody" performed by students of the Faculty of Medicine, Nguyen Tat Thanh University.


Unable to hide her emotions, Ms. Chau Thi Man from Lam Dong, who is being treated at the Neurosurgery Department, shared: "I didn't think I would have such a warm October 20th celebration while in the hospital. Listening to music, doing beauty treatments, and receiving small gifts makes me feel loved and cared for."
Ms. Nguyen Thi Tho (born in 1954, residing in Quy Nhon), a patient in the Department of Internal Medicine and Musculoskeletal System, expressed: “As a woman, everyone wants to be taken care of and become beautiful. Thanks to the volunteers, I got makeup, hair styling and a very satisfactory souvenir photo. Even though I am undergoing treatment, I still feel joy and complete care.”



Dr. Vo Hong Minh Cong, Deputy Director of Gia Dinh People's Hospital, said that the program was organized with the desire to bring joy, helping female patients feel more confident and optimistic during the treatment process.
