In his opening remarks at the training course, Colonel Nguyen Van Hien, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of the Provincial Military Command, emphasized: Training on border defense knowledge for agencies and units is of paramount importance after the Ministry of National Defense decided to merge and reorganize the Provincial Border Guard Command into a Border Guard Command directly under the Provincial Military Command. The training aims to unify and provide basic knowledge on border defense work to officers of agencies and units, serving as a basis for them to effectively coordinate and implement the Party's regulations and State laws on border defense work in 2025 and beyond.
