Promulgating the Regulations on Barracks Work of the Vietnam People's Army

At the request of the Director of the General Department of Logistics, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Minister of National Defense , on behalf of the Minister of National Defense, signed and issued Circular No. 36/2023/TT-BQP promulgating the Regulations on Barracks Work of the Vietnam People's Army.

Officers and soldiers of Regiment 654, Logistics Department, Military Region 4 take care of the unit's flower and ornamental garden.

The Charter consists of 10 chapters and 60 articles, stipulating the location, principles of implementation, content, and tasks of barracks work; organization, functions, and tasks of barracks agencies at all levels; barracks security and management; management of barracks construction investment activities; housing policy work within the scope of the barracks sector; sectoral construction and defense foreign affairs work; barracks mobilization work; barracks work in combat readiness and combat situations. This Charter applies to agencies, units, organizations, and individuals related to barracks work of the Vietnam People's Army.

Circular No. 36/2023/TT-BQP takes effect from July 13, 2023.
