Specifically, the voice biometric technology applied in the ViFi solution meets the evaluation criteria of NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) according to ISO/IEC 19795-1 and 19795-2 standards.

Meanwhile, the anti-fake facial recognition technology has received certification from iBeta (a member of the FIDO Alliance, the global online authentication alliance) according to the ISO/IEC 30107-3 standard.

The ViFi solution suite is developed from core technologies entirely owned by VinBigdata Company, such as AI generation, natural language processing, and computer vision…

The technology is built upon a multidisciplinary database of up to 3,500 terabytes, along with tens of thousands of hours of high-quality voice recordings and millions of processed and cleaned image data points.

Therefore, ViFi can support both text and voice channels, integrating intelligent image processing tools, making interaction between the virtual assistant and users convenient and easy.

The ViFi solution suite is expected to remove bottlenecks in the operations and business of BFSI enterprises in Vietnam.

Sharing insights on the launch of ViFi, Dr. Dao Duc Minh, General Director of VinBigdata Joint Stock Company, stated that the launch of the ViFi solution is part of VinBigdata's plan to promote the application of AI in enterprise development.

Along with the ViVi virtual assistant, ViChat, ViVoice, Vizone…, the launch of the ViFi AI-generated solution is VinBigdata's effort to perfect and refine its line of purely Vietnamese technology products under the "Vi" brand.
