Vietnam Post achieves National Brand status in 2024 - A milestone affirming its value.

On the evening of November 4, 2024, Vietnam Post was honored with the National Brand Award 2024 at the Ceremony Announcing Products Achieving National Brand Status in Vietnam. This is the second consecutive time Vietnam Post has received this prestigious award for its significant achievements in the field of logistics, postal services, and delivery in Vietnam and internationally.

Brand 1

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh presents the Certificate to Mr. Le Quoc Anh, Deputy General Director of Vietnam Post Corporation.

The Vietnam National Brand program is a unique, long-term trade promotion program of the Government aimed at building and developing the national brand through product brands. Products that achieve the Vietnam National Brand status must undergo a rigorous, strict, and transparent selection process, linked to a clear system of criteria and possessing a high level of credibility.

In 2024, surpassing over 1,000 participating businesses and meeting three criteria: "Quality," "Innovation," and "Pioneering Capability" across 27 evaluation points, Vietnam Post was outstandingly honored in the Program with remarkable results. This achievement further strongly affirms the commitment of the National Postal Enterprise to its mission of "Serving the community, connecting people with quality, friendly, and modern services, bringing unique experiences and value to customers."

This is the second consecutive time that Vietnam Post has won this prestigious award.

Throughout its 79-year history, Vietnam Post has played a crucial role as the sole enterprise entrusted by the Government with operating the national public postal network, with a system of over 13,000 service points extending down to the commune level. Vietnam Post not only provides public postal services, ensuring absolute safety and security of postal information, and serving Party and State agencies, but also plays a vital role in maintaining and developing the flow of physical goods alongside the flow of data, contributing to safeguarding national information security.

With its strong network, including over 700 regional, provincial, and district-level service centers, hundreds of thousands of square meters of warehouse space, 100 container train cars on the North-South railway line, and tens of thousands of specialized transport vehicles, Vietnam Post is currently the enterprise owning the largest postal infrastructure in the country. This is a solid foundation for Vietnam Post to continue developing its postal and last-mile delivery ecosystem, providing fast, efficient, synchronized, and professional delivery services to customers, offering high-quality delivery and logistics solutions based on modern information technology applications, and contributing to the development of the postal sector as an essential infrastructure for the nation and the digital economy.

With a network of over 13,000 service points nationwide, Vietnam Post is present and provides a full range of postal services to people from urban to rural areas, remote regions, border areas, and islands.

Actively embracing digital transformation, keeping pace with market trends, and continuously innovating, alongside promoting high-quality express delivery services to support the development of the digital economy and e-commerce, as well as public administrative and public utility delivery services, Vietnam Post has been constantly striving to diversify its product range, optimize processes, and bring more new experiences and conveniences to customers, thereby promoting economic and cultural development and social cohesion.

By participating extensively in social security pillars, cooperating in the deployment and provision of postal financial services to people across the country, and making positive contributions to the country's administrative reform, Vietnam Post has not only received recognition from ministries, sectors, and localities but also from the people and customers.

By applying modern information technology to optimize every stage of production organization, Vietnam Post continuously improves service quality, bringing many benefits and diverse experiences to customers.

As the only postal enterprise designated to participate in international postal organizations of which Vietnam is a member, Vietnam Post is recognized by the Universal Postal Union as one of the postal agencies effectively implementing green postal development solutions with projects such as Smart Locker automated delivery systems, CAS (Cash on Delivery), and delivery by electric vehicles. These efforts to "green" postal operations, positively meeting customer and market needs, have played a leading role in upgrading Vietnam's Postal Development Index from level 5 to level 6, placing Vietnam among the countries with a good postal development index.
