From early morning on August 31, hundreds of locals and tourists from near and far participated in the "Tra Loc Tram Pha" festival in 2024 organized by the Tra Loc Cultural Village Management Board, Hai Hung Commune, Hai Lang District ( Quang Tri ). This is a unique folk cultural festival, which was born more than 300 years ago in Tra Loc village and only takes place once a year.

Immediately after the traditional village worshiping ceremony, a drum beat was sounded. After this drum beat, people and visitors from near and far were allowed to go down to the lake to catch fish. Participants were only allowed to use tools such as traps, nets, traps, nets and manual tools.

Tram Tra Loc in Tra Loc village, Hai Hung commune is a natural forest of Hai Lang district. This forest has existed for hundreds of years, in the center of the forest is a large lake creating a green, clean, beautiful environment and has been protected by the people from the past to the present.

In particular, in this area there is currently a Tra Loc Cham tower relic that has been recognized by the People's Committee of Quang Tri province as a provincial historical relic.
