According to Mr. Kiem, previously, the Ca Mau Registration Department had temporarily suspended the truck and car inspection line (from November 25, 2024).

"The suspension is to implement Package No. 7 - construction, renovation, repair and elevation of the motor vehicle inspection workshop floor of the Registration Department No. 17," Mr. Kiem added.

Also according to Mr. Kiem, currently, the Registration Office No. 17 (located at Hamlet 5, Tan Xuyen Ward, Ca Mau City, Ca Mau Province) has two inspection lines including: Car inspection line (Type I inspection line) and truck inspection line (Type II inspection line).

At this time, the demand for vehicle inspection of individuals and organizations in the province shows signs of increasing, so the resumption of operations creates favorable conditions for people to have means of transportation during the Lunar New Year 2025.

According to records, every day at Inspection Sub-Department No. 17 there are about 40 - 50 vehicles coming for inspection, this number is normal and has not increased suddenly.

"It is forecasted that from now until the end of the year, there will be an increase of about 60 - 70 vehicles/day. Meanwhile, the department has 5 inspectors, who must work at maximum capacity, with the motto "no work, no time out", trying to do the fastest, most convenient for people and travel organizations during Tet," said Mr. Kiem.
