On December 19, 2023, an unfortunate accident occurred, Ms. NTBL died in a traffic accident. Immediately after receiving information from the customer's family, BIDV Phu Tho Insurance Company visited and encouraged the customer's family, and coordinated with relevant parties to quickly complete the documents, pay all insurance benefits with an amount of nearly 4 billion VND to Ms. NTBL's family including: Insurance participation amount, loan interest support during the time waiting for insurance procedures and funeral allowance.
