Since 2010, Ms. Thuy has regularly donated blood, considering it an integral part of her thoughts and actions. To date, she has participated in 43 voluntary blood donations, including 19 whole blood donations and 24 platelet donations. For her, blood donation is not only an act of saving lives, but also a way to share love and contribute to spreading the noble gesture of "One drop of blood given – one life saved."

Every Lunar New Year, teacher Hoang Thi Thu Thuy actively encourages the community to participate in blood donation. She shared: "While everyone is gathered with their families, many patients still need blood transfusions every day to sustain their lives . Teacher Hoang Thi Thu Thuy's persistent and humane actions have been recognized in many ways, including the title of "Outstanding Individual in Humanitarian Blood Donation" awarded by the People's Committee of Hung Yen province and the Provincial Steering Committee for Voluntary Blood Donation in 2023.

Not content with just donating blood to save lives, in March 2023, she continued to register to donate tissues and organs.
