PC Gia Lai contributed 313 units of blood in the 11th EVN Red Week

Responding to the 11th EVN Red Week, PC Gia Lai organized two blood donation campaigns attracting a large number of employees to participate and received a total of 313 units of blood.

On December 7, Gia Lai Electricity Company (PC Gia Lai) announced that on December 5 and 7, 2025, the unit organized voluntary blood donation activities at two locations: facility 1 in Quy Nhon ward and facility 2 in Pleiku ward.

PC Gia Lai received 313 units of blood, contributing to supplementing blood supply for emergency and treatment of patients.

The program is within the framework of the 11th EVN Pink Week with the message "Thousand hearts - One heart", and is also a meaningful activity to celebrate the 71st anniversary of Vietnam Electricity Industry's Traditional Day and respond to Customer Appreciation Month 2025.

EVN Red Week is a social security activity launched annually by Vietnam Electricity Group, demonstrating the noble gesture and tradition of mutual love of employees in the electricity sector towards the community and society. This is an annual activity of the electricity sector, demonstrating the spirit and responsibility towards the community in increasing and ensuring blood reserve sources, contributing to improving people's health care.

December every year is one of the most suitable occasions of the year to organize the program because the end of the year is always the time when blood is scarce for treatment and prevention for patients. This is also the wish of thousands of hearts of EVN sent to patients who are being treated for blood diseases, patients who need blood for treatment and emergency.

The program attracted a large number of officers and employees from affiliated units to participate. At the end of the blood donation campaign, PC Gia Lai received 313 units of blood, contributing to supplementing the blood supply for emergency and treatment of patients.

After 11 years of accompanying EVN Red Week alone, the collective of officers and employees of the unit has contributed more than 2,600 units of blood.
