On the afternoon of January 19, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council held a conference to deploy the decision on personnel work. At the conference, Decision No. 01/QD-TTHD of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council was announced on the appointment of Comrade Hoang Van Ngoan, Deputy Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, to hold the position of Chief of Office of the National Assembly Delegation and the Provincial People's Council from January 19, 2024. The term of appointment is 5 years.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Comrade Hoang Van Ngoan; at the same time, he highly appreciated the qualifications, capacity and working experience of Comrade Hoang Van Ngoan and requested that in his new position, he would continue to promote his capacity, strengths and experience from his previous work, constantly study and improve his knowledge to fulfill his assigned duties and tasks, and actively contribute to the overall development of the province.
