On March 7, 2024, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, signed and issued Official Document No. 31/UBND-VP2 regarding the public disclosure of the Ninh Binh Provincial Planning approved by the Prime Minister, addressed to: the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province; provincial departments, agencies, and organizations; and the People's Committees of districts and cities.
According to the Official Letter, in implementation of Decision No. 218/QD-TTg dated March 4, 2024, of the Prime Minister on approving the Ninh Binh Provincial Planning for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Planning), the Provincial People's Committee assigns: Provincial departments, agencies, and organizations; and the People's Committees of districts and cities to publicly disclose the Provincial Planning approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 218/QD-TTg dated March 4, 2024, on the provincial electronic information portal and the websites of agencies and units, starting from March 8, 2024.
The Provincial Radio and Television Station and Ninh Binh Newspaper will disseminate information on the Provincial Planning according to Decision No. 218/QD-TTg dated March 4, 2024, of the Prime Minister through various media channels.
The Department of Information and Communications, in coordination with the Department of Planning and Investment, will guide relevant units in posting information about the provincial planning on the provincial electronic portal and the websites of agencies and units.
The Department of Planning and Investment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to provide information, data, records, and documents on the Provincial Planning to the provincial departments, boards, and organizations; and the People's Committees of districts and cities shall publicly disclose the Provincial Planning as prescribed.
We propose that the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department direct and guide the strengthening of information and propaganda work on the contents of the Provincial Planning so that cadres, Party members, and all strata of the people understand and actively participate in the implementation process.
We propose that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, political and social organizations, and member organizations promote the spirit of solidarity, mobilize members to work together in a consistent manner to implement the province's development viewpoints and the targets and objectives in the Provincial Planning approved by the Prime Minister.
