Public announcement of Ninh Binh Province Planning approved by the Prime Minister

On March 7, 2024, Comrade Pham Quang Ngoc, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 31/UBND-VP2 on the Publicity of the Ninh Binh Provincial Planning approved by the Prime Minister, sent to: Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee; provincial departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations; People's Committees of districts and cities.

According to the content of the Official Dispatch, implementing Decision No. 218/QD-TTg dated March 4, 2024 of the Prime Minister on approving the Planning of Ninh Binh province for the period 2021-2030, with a vision to 2050 (referred to as the Provincial Planning), the Provincial People's Committee assigned: Departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations of the province; People's Committees of districts and cities to publicly implement the Provincial Planning approved by the Prime Minister in Decision No. 218/QD-TTg dated March 4, 2024 on the Provincial Electronic Information Portal, the Electronic Information Pages of agencies and units, starting from March 8, 2024.

The Provincial Radio and Television Station and Ninh Binh Newspaper will announce the content of the Provincial Planning according to Decision No. 218/QD-TTg dated March 4, 2024 of the Prime Minister on the media.

The Department of Information and Communications shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Planning and Investment to guide relevant units to post information on the Provincial Planning on the Provincial Electronic Information Portal and the Electronic Information Pages of agencies and units.

The Department of Planning and Investment shall preside over and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to provide information, data, records, and documents on the Provincial Planning to the departments, branches, sectors, and organizations of the province; the People's Committees of districts and cities shall publicize the Provincial Planning according to regulations.

Propose that the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department direct and guide the promotion of information and propaganda work on the contents of the Provincial Planning so that cadres, party members, and people of all walks of life can clearly understand and actively participate in the process of deployment and implementation.

Propose that the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, socio-political organizations, and member organizations promote the spirit of solidarity, mobilize union members and members to join hands and unanimously implement the province's development viewpoints, targets and objectives in the Provincial Planning approved by the Prime Minister.
