According to data from the independent box office website Box Office Vietnam (with potential errors), over the three-day weekend, the foreign film "The Golden Cluster" grossed nearly 14 billion VND more in revenue with 150,493 tickets sold and 6,478 screenings.
Compared to last week, the film saw a significant drop in all three indicators: number of screenings, revenue, and ticket sales. As of 9 AM on October 27th, the film has reached a total revenue of 60 billion VND.

The fact that foreign films still maintain a certain appeal means that director Truong Dung's comeback film, " The Haunted House," cannot reach the number one spot at the box office.
In its opening week, "The Haunted House" grossed a rather modest amount, just over 8 billion VND with 96,016 tickets sold and 4,326 screenings. Currently, the film has a total revenue of nearly 11 billion VND.

This past week, the Vietnamese box office lacked any standout releases, resulting in relatively low overall market revenue. Most of the top five films were familiar names. Tee Yod 3 – The Organ-Eating Demon remained in third place with over 2.6 billion VND in revenue.
The film "Battle in the Air" also grossed nearly 2 billion VND, securing the 4th position and nearing the 250 billion VND mark in total sales. The 5th position belongs to "Black Phone 2 ," which earned over 1.3 billion VND from early screenings.

This last week of October sees a direct competition at the box office between three Vietnamese films released on the same day. These are the horror-supernatural-family film * Cai Ma* , the family-comedy-thriller * Pha Dam Sinh Nhat Me* , and the psychological thriller * Bit Mat Bat Nai* . In addition, there is also one foreign film premiering, * Bi Mat Sau Banh Beo *.
