Current life of the man who won the lottery of more than 3,435 billion VND

After 10 years of winning 108 million pounds (more than 3,435 billion VND) in the lottery, the man said life is very boring, far from imagination.

In March 2014, Neil Trotter (UK) won the Euro Millions lottery and became a millionaire.

He once shared that he felt surprised when he saw the huge amount of money in his bank account. He was not mentally prepared for the change in his life when he suddenly became a millionaire.

However, the millionaire life after nearly a decade was not what he imagined.

After receiving the huge amount of money, Trotter received advice from experts at the lottery management organization that he should not rush into any decision.

However, he announced that he would quit his job as a mechanic at that time. He also gave up his old car and replaced it with a new McLaren 650S Spider. He also bought a luxury villa on a 200-hectare land.

Besides, he also used part of his winnings to buy a house for his sister and gave his daughter a horse.

In a 2022 interview, he shared that decisions to invest a lot of money in material possessions only brought temporary joy. He could not adapt when he left his job as a mechanic.

"Going from having a job to having nothing to do was really strange. I quickly realized that sitting at home watching TV all day was really boring," he said.

Two years after those words, he continued to live the same life. Although he felt bored at times, he was satisfied with his life. The big prize money helped him return to the passion for fast sports cars that he had enjoyed when he was young.

The only thing that hasn't changed is his girlfriend who has been with him since he had nothing. Now, the two of them enjoy a comfortable life inside the villa.
