Communes and wards in the midland plains and southern mountainous areas have moderate rain, scattered heavy rain, some places have very heavy rain and thunderstorms with common rainfall of 50 - 150mm, some places over 200mm.

Communes and wards in the northern mountainous region have rain, moderate rain, heavy rain, very heavy rain and thunderstorms with common rainfall of 50 - 100mm, in some places over 150mm.

Specifically, the areas: Hai Chau, Son Tra, Ngu Hanh Son, Cam Le, Hoa Khanh, Hoi An, Dien Ban, Dai Loc have total rainfall from 70 - 150mm, some places over 200mm; Tam Ky, Nui Thanh, Thang Binh from 50 - 150mm, some places over 200mm.

Areas: Hoa Tien, Hai Van, Thanh My, Dong Giang, Tay Giang from 50 - 100mm, some places over 150mm; Que Son, Tien Phuoc, Kham Duc, Tra My from 70 - 150mm, some places over 200mm; Hoang Sa special zone from 30 - 50mm, some places over 80mm.

The Central Hydrometeorological Station warns that from October 21, Da Nang city will experience moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms in some places. Beware of flash floods, landslides in mountainous areas and flooding in low-lying areas and urban areas; beware of whirlwinds, lightning and strong gusts of wind during thunderstorms.

* According to the Northeast Monsoon Bulletin of the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting issued at 9:30 a.m. on October 19, due to the influence of cold air combined with storm Fengshen, from the evening of October 19, in the Gulf of Tonkin, there will be northeast winds of level 6, gusts of 7-8, and waves of 1.5-3m high.

The North East Sea has northeast winds of level 6, gusts of 7-8, rough seas, waves 2.5-5m high. The area near the storm center has winds of level 8-9, gusts of level 11, very rough seas.

In the coming days, due to the influence of cold air combined with high-altitude easterly wind disturbances, from Nghe An to Quang Ngai there will be moderate to heavy rain.

The Meteorological Agency warns of strong winds and large waves at sea, which could affect shipping and coastal activities. Heavy rains could flood low-lying areas, flash floods, and landslides in mountainous areas.
