The Party Committees of Nam Dich and Ho Thau communes successfully organized the 1st Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term.

On August 7, the Party Committees of Nam Dich and Ho Thau communes, Tuyen Quang province, held the first Party Congress of the communes for the 2025-2030 term. Attending the Congress in Ho Thau commune were comrade Trieu Tai Vinh, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission. Comrade Van Dinh Thao, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Finance attended and directed the Congress in Nam Dich and Ho Thau communes.

The new Nam Dich commune was formed on the basis of merging 3 communes: Nam Ty, Nam Dich and Ta Su Choong. Ho Thau commune was established on the basis of merging 3 old administrative units: Nam Khoa commune, Nam Son commune and Ho Thau commune.

During the past term, with the timely and close guidance of all levels and sectors and the investment of resources for the particularly difficult areas, the rural appearance and people's lives in the two communes have developed strongly. The potential and advantages of tea trees, medicinal plants, and indigenous livestock breeding continue to develop.

There have been many advances in education and health care, and investment in culture and society. The work of building the Party and the political system has achieved positive results, focusing on implementing the model of "4-good Party cells" and "4-good grassroots Party organizations". The activities of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations have had many innovations with many effective methods, focusing on the grassroots, creating trust and consensus among the people.

The Party Congress of Ho Thau commune has the theme: "Promoting the strength of national solidarity, building a clean and strong political system, serving administration; promoting economic development associated with digital transformation, environmental protection; improving the quality of education and health; maintaining national defense and security; determined to build Ho Thau commune to develop steadily into a new era". The Congress sets out 6 key tasks, 2 breakthroughs and specific groups of targets.

Speaking at the Ho Thau Commune Party Congress, comrade Trieu Tai Vinh, Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission, highly appreciated the tradition and innovations of the commune. With the expanded development space, he suggested that the Ho Thau Commune Party Committee should renew the development momentum from the identified potentials and strengths, with special attention paid to ancient tea trees and medicinal plants.
