In accordance with Plan No. 56-KH/DU, dated July 27, 2022, of the Party Committee of the Department of Construction, on the morning of August 8, 2022, the Party Committee of the Department of Construction organized a conference to study, understand, disseminate, and implement newly issued directives and resolutions of the Central Government and the province (Phase II/2022).

The conference was held in person at the meeting hall of the Department of Construction. Attending the conference were Comrade Nong Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Department of Construction; Comrade Bui Van Tao, Deputy Director in charge of the Center for Quality Inspection of Construction Works; and all Party members, officials, and employees of the agency.

Comrade Nong Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, presented several points at the conference.

At the conference, delegates heard Comrade Nong Van Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Department of Construction, present the directives and resolutions of the Central Government and the province, including:

* Resolutions, conclusions, and regulations of the Central Committee: Regulation No. 57-QĐ/TW, dated February 8, 2022, of the Central Party Secretariat on the subjects, standards, and classification of political theory training; Regulation No. 58-QĐ/TW, dated February 8, 2022, of the Politburo on some issues of protecting the Party's internal political security; Resolution No. 10-NQ/TW, dated February 10, 2022, of the Politburo on the strategic orientation of geology, minerals, and mining industry to 2030, with a vision to 2045; Announcement of Conclusion No. 12-TB/TW, dated April 6, 2022, of the Politburo on continuing to strengthen the Party's leadership over the work of preventing and combating corruption and negative phenomena; Conclusion No. 34-KL/TW, dated April 18, 2022, of the Politburo on the Party's Inspection and Supervision Strategy until 2030; Regulation No. 65-QĐ/TW, dated April 28, 2022, of the Politburo on Cadre Rotation; Resolution No. 15-NQ/TW, dated May 5, 2022, of the Politburo on the Directions and Tasks for the Development of Hanoi Capital City until 2030, with a vision to 2045; Conclusion No. 35-KL/TW, dated May 5, 2022, of the Politburo on the List of Leadership Titles and Positions and Equivalents of the Political System from the Central to the Grassroots Level.

* Important resolutions at the 5th Central Committee Conference (13th term): Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated June 16, 2022, of the 5th Central Committee Conference of the 13th term on “continuing to innovate and improve institutions and policies, enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of land management and use, and create momentum to make our country a high-income developed country”; Resolution No. 19-NQ/TW, dated June 16, 2022, of the 5th Central Committee Conference of the 13th term on agriculture, farmers, and rural areas until 2030, with a vision to 2045; Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW, dated June 16, 2022, of the 5th Central Committee Conference of the 13th term on continuing to innovate, develop, and improve the effectiveness of the collective economy in the new period; Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW, dated June 16, 2022, of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam, Fifth Plenum of the 13th Central Committee, on strengthening and consolidating Party grassroots organizations and improving the quality of Party members in the new period.

The resolutions, conclusions, and regulations of the Central and Provincial Party Committees that are studied, understood, and implemented at this Conference are all very important and have great significance for the socio-economic development and national defense and security of the province; helping cadres, Party members, civil servants, and workers to grasp the basic and core contents of the resolutions, conclusions, and regulations of the Central and Provincial Party Committees; creating unity in thought and understanding of the Party's viewpoints and policies; contributing to the effective implementation of the Party's directives; and contributing to the successful achievement of the set goals and tasks.
