Reporting on the results of the 9th Central Committee Meeting, 13th term, Comrade Nguyen Van The stated that, over three days of diligent, serious, and responsible work, the 9th Central Committee Meeting, 13th term, had considered, commented on, and decided on many important issues. Accordingly, the Central Committee reached a high level of consensus on the guiding ideology and direction for perfecting the Outline and drafting the documents to be submitted to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

The Central Committee particularly emphasized that the draft documents must truly be worthy of presentation to the Congress, reflecting the will and strength of the entire Party, people, and army in the new development period with new momentum, new driving forces, as well as intertwined new opportunities, advantages, difficulties, and challenges; determined to build our country into an increasingly prosperous, democratic, thriving, civilized, and happy nation, steadily advancing towards socialism; correctly identifying the policies, orientations, and major decisions to ensure the successful implementation of the cause of continuing to promote comprehensive and synchronized reforms, building and developing the country, and protecting the Fatherland in the next five years, up to 2030 (100th anniversary of the Party's founding) and with a vision to 2045 (100th anniversary of the nation's founding).

Regarding the preparation for Party congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Party Congress, the Central Committee emphasized that it must be closely linked to the implementation of regular tasks, ensuring high efficiency; paying attention to identifying and resolving practical issues, especially those causing public concern. Personnel preparation and the election of Party committees must be carried out in accordance with the Party's Charter, regulations, and rules; a thorough review must be conducted to select, nominate, and elect truly worthy comrades who meet the standards and requirements of the tasks in the new situation. At this meeting, the Central Committee also considered and decided on several important issues concerning personnel work.

Comrade Nguyen Van The suggested that Party committees and subordinate Party organizations should carefully study and absorb the contents agreed upon at the 9th Central Committee Conference, especially the directives of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong in his opening and closing speeches; continue to lead and direct the implementation of the programs and plans set out for 2024-2025, striving to comprehensively achieve the Resolution of the 13th National Congress of the Party, creating a foundation for good preparation of the organization of Party congresses at all levels leading up to the 14th National Congress of the Party.

Attendees listened to Professor Hoang Chi Bao, a senior expert and former member of the Central Theoretical Council, present a thematic lecture on President Ho Chi Minh 's thought on personnel work and its current practical application.
