HNN.VN - By 8:30 AM on October 27th, the rising water level of the Perfume River had flooded the Chuong Duong street area (Hue City), causing deep flooding from 0.5 to 0.7 meters, and the floodwaters were still rising rapidly. The Dong Ba Market Management Board urgently urged all traders along this street to move their goods and temporarily close their stalls.

Flooding occurred in the Chương Dương street area within the Đông Ba market complex.

Specifically, seafood vendors who had already received their supplies were instructed to move to the Tran Hung Dao Street and Gia Hoi Bridge area to continue trading, ensuring the food supply for the people. Currently, the Dong Ba Market Management Board is compiling a list of small traders in the bell tower area who remain in the market to serve lunch and other essential needs of customers.

Authorities and the Dong Ba Market Management Board are still on standby, monitoring water levels to respond promptly and ensure the safety of people and property in the area.
