Adjusting the progress of the housing construction project in Phu Thinh Urban Area (Dien Ban)

The Provincial People's Committee has agreed to adjust the implementation timeframe so that compensation and land clearance for the remaining area must be completed by the end of February 2025 in order to continue construction.

By the end of September 2025, the project will be completed, inspected, and handed over for operation.

The Provincial People's Committee requested Phuoc Nguyen General Services Co., Ltd. (the investor) to work with the Dien Ban Town People's Committee to review and assess the feasibility of compensation and land clearance for the remaining area.

Expeditiously implement the project's subsequent procedures, ensuring compliance with construction, housing, real estate business, and other relevant laws; bear full legal responsibility for any violations that occur in the investment, construction, and real estate business activities within the project.

Prepare a detailed project schedule (including compensation and land clearance schedule; project investment and construction schedule; and capital allocation plan) and submit it to the Department of Planning and Investment, the Department of Construction, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment, and the People's Committee of Dien Ban town as a basis for managing progress and monitoring project implementation according to regulations.

The Provincial People's Committee has instructed the Dien Ban Town People's Committee to urgently direct relevant departments, units, and localities to coordinate with the investor to focus on accelerating progress, resolving obstacles in compensation and land clearance; and to urge the investor to speed up construction progress to ensure compliance with the approved plan and the schedule adjusted by the Provincial People's Committee.

If compensation and land clearance for the remaining area are not completed by the end of February 2025, Dien Ban town will coordinate with the investor to review and assess the feasibility of compensation and land clearance work, and propose to the Provincial People's Committee a course of action to conclude the project.
