Colonel Ha Van Nam, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Commander of the 74th Economic-Defense Brigade, launched the intensive emulation campaign.

With the theme "Unity, Creativity, Efficiency, Safety, and Victory," the intensive emulation campaign to achieve the 2025 rubber latex production target aims to have at least 5 units exceeding their rubber latex production targets by December 22nd; and the remaining units achieving 97% or more of their 2025 production targets by December 31st.

According to Colonel Ha Van Nam, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Commander of the 74th Economic-Defense Brigade, from the beginning of 2025 until now, due to many objective factors, especially unfavorable climate and weather conditions, the unit's rubber latex production plan has been significantly affected. As of October 12th, the entire unit had only harvested 3,183,174 kg of dry rubber latex, reaching 54.75% of the 2025 plan.

Colonel Ha Van Nam, Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy Commander of the 74th Economic-Defense Brigade, presented a certificate of commendation from the General Department II to Comrade Le Thi Huong.

Therefore, the intensive emulation campaign to achieve the 2025 rubber latex production target will educate , motivate, and encourage units, cadres, employees, and workers to enthusiastically compete with the spirit of: "All for the goal of productivity and product quality" to complete and exceed the set rubber latex production targets.

“The last three months of 2025 are a crucial time for the unit to focus on completing the 2025 targets and tasks, and also serve as a foundation for fulfilling the targets and tasks set forth in resolutions at all levels, achieving accomplishments to celebrate the 81st anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army and the 36th anniversary of the National Defense Day,” Colonel Ha Van Nam emphasized.

At the ceremony, the 74th Economic-Defense Brigade awarded a certificate of commendation from the General Department II to Ms. Le Thi Huong, a teacher at Hoa Hong Kindergarten (74th Economic-Defense Brigade), for winning the consolation prize in the competition to learn about the 80-year history and traditions of the heroic Vietnamese Defense Intelligence.
