Encourage and support people in My Duc flood area

Continuing the joint activities to overcome the consequences of floods caused by storm No. 3, Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan, Deputy Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command, on behalf of the working delegation, shared the losses and damages caused by storms in An Phu commune, My Duc district.

Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan, Deputy Commander of the Hanoi Capital Command, and his delegation presented gifts to people in My Duc district.

With the support of the government, unions, organizations and forces, Major General Nguyen Quoc Toan hopes that people will soon stabilize their lives.

The delegation gave gifts to support families in difficult circumstances affected by storms and floods.

The delegation presented 50 million VND to 50 households in difficult circumstances; presented social security gift bags, raw food bags, 1,100 energy bars, 70 barrels of clean water and 1.5 tons of necessities.

Many places are still flooded after storm number 3

Although it has been nearly two weeks since storm No. 3 passed, many places in My Duc district are still flooded, people's lives have been disrupted, they have to travel by boat, not to mention the loss of property and crops.
