According to a report by the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment , after 90 days of implementing the campaign (from September 1st to November 30th), provinces and cities nationwide have achieved certain results. Some localities have basically completed the cadastral map system to serve the requirements of land management, land registration, issuance of land certificates, and cadastral record keeping; the cadastral database system has been deployed, connected, shared, integrated with the Electronic One-Stop Shop System and the Tax authorities, and the administrative procedure process is streamlined in transactions related to registration and issuance of land certificates for citizens.

In Tuyen Quang, 51 out of 124 communes and wards that were merged have completed the construction of their cadastral databases, officially put them into operation, and integrated them with the national land database.

At the conference, delegates focused on clarifying the difficulties in the implementation process, especially issues related to data consistency and quality. Solutions were proposed to further enrich and clean the data, aiming to create a shared data warehouse to serve land management and administration effectively and uniformly.

Speaking at the conference, leaders from both ministries affirmed that enriching and cleaning the national land database is a key task, playing a crucial role in the process of building a digital government , a digital resource sector, and enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of state management. This is not only a technical requirement but also a strategic step to ensure information transparency, creating a foundation for policy planning and sustainable development. The two ministries committed to continuing close cooperation with provinces and cities, maintaining a spirit of "accelerated - decisive - effective," and focusing resources to achieve the goal of building a synchronized and modern land data system that meets the development requirements of the new phase. This will be an important foundation for national governance, improving the quality of public services, and promoting comprehensive digital transformation.
