Since the beginning of the term, the Standing Committee of Duc Linh District Party Committee has focused on leading and directing the implementation of the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress and the Resolution of the 12th District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term, achieving a number of positive results, notably: The economy continues to grow, shifting the economic structure in the right direction. Up to now, 13/14 main targets of the Resolution of the District Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term have been achieved and exceeded. The industrial sector has many improvements; forms of cooperation, production linkage, agricultural processing according to the value chain, building specialized areas for high-quality rice production have been focused on; many products meet OCOP standards; the rate of mechanization in agricultural production reaches over 90%. Urban and rural infrastructure has received investment attention, contributing to creating a new, more spacious appearance. Attracted non-budgetary capital to invest in waste collection and treatment plants. The construction of new rural areas, advanced new rural areas, civilized urban areas, and model rural areas has been implemented synchronously, achieving positive results. Social security policies have been fully and promptly implemented; the material and spiritual life of the people has been gradually improved. Security and order have been basically maintained. The quality of Party building and mass mobilization work has been improved; the development of new Party members has annually met and exceeded the assigned targets.

In addition to the achieved results, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee also pointed out the difficulties and limitations that the Standing Committee of Duc Linh District Party Committee needs to focus on directing and overcoming in the coming time. Along with that, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee requested the Standing Committee of Duc Linh District Party Committee to focus on leading, directing and effectively implementing the Binh Thuan Provincial Planning for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050, reviewing and adjusting related planning according to regulations (general planning, zoning planning, detailed planning, etc.). Proactively review and determine the order of priority and level of urgency to propose to the province a list of key projects of the district to implement investment in the period 2026 - 2030; along with that, determine the location and prepare investment plans for resettlement projects to serve the implementation of key projects of the district. Continue to innovate the economic growth model towards industrial - agricultural - service development. Coordinate with provincial departments and branches, request competent authorities to promptly remove difficulties and obstacles, speed up the progress of infrastructure investment in industrial clusters to attract secondary investment projects, increase the proportion of industrial clusters filled. Continue to restructure the agricultural sector associated with high-tech agricultural models. Promote tourism promotion; coordinate with provincial authorities to call for capable and experienced investors to implement tourism projects, contributing to diversifying tourism products of Binh Thuan province. Strengthen the management of land, minerals, environment, construction order, strictly handle acts of illegal exploitation, transportation, trading of minerals, land encroachment, unlicensed and illegal construction. Review and strictly manage revenue sources from land, minerals, trade, services; synchronously implement measures to mobilize, expand, foster, and increase budget revenue. Focus on directing the work of drought prevention and control, ensuring adequate supply of domestic water for people and production water for arid areas; strengthen forest protection and forest fire prevention and control in the dry season. Promote administrative reform, focusing on administrative procedure reform; improve the responsibility and capacity of officials in performing public duties, overcome the situation of officials and civil servants pushing work and avoiding responsibility; contribute to the province in improving the PCI, PAR Index, SIPAS, PAPI indicators. Focus on reviewing planning, arranging, mobilizing, appointing, consolidating and perfecting the team of leaders and managers, well preparing for the organization of the Duc Linh District Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030...
