The Import-Export Department (Ministry of Industry and Trade) said that Vietnam's coffee exports in the first period of November 2025 increased sharply compared to the same period in 2024, reaching 37.7 thousand tons (+70%); worth 218.3 million USD (+75%). From the beginning of the year to November 15, the total export volume reached nearly 1.35 million tons, bringing in 7.64 billion USD, up 14.6% and 62.3% respectively.

The average export coffee price in the first period of November reached 5,792 USD/ton, 3.1% higher than the previous month and 3.2% higher than the same period; the average price from the beginning of the year to November 15 reached 5,662 USD/ton, an increase of 41.6%.

In the first 10 months of 2025, most coffee varieties grew, except Excelsa. Robusta continued to be the main product with nearly 1.08 million tons, worth 5.54 billion USD, up more than 11% in volume and 60.5% in value thanks to the export price remaining at a high level. Arabica reached 62.9 thousand tons, worth 416 million USD, increasing sharply in both volume and value, of which the value more than doubled compared to the same period in 2024. Notably, processed coffee became a new growth driver with revenue of 1.46 billion USD, up 58%.

The structure of coffee exports is shifting towards increasing value, with the processing group increasingly contributing and Robusta continuing to play a fundamental role. The growth trend based on quality rather than output shows that this agricultural sector of Vietnam is consolidating its position in the global supply chain and improving its competitiveness in the international market.

Thus, today's coffee price on December 3, 2025 in the country is trading around 104,500 - 105,500 VND/kg.
