The My Dinh bus station area recorded flooding at some points, and there was a prolonged traffic jam in both directions. At the intersection of Nguyen Co Thach - Tran Huu Duc; Le Quang Dao, the turning around to Me Tri was partially congested due to the sudden increase in people and vehicles during rush hour.

The routes from Long Bien, Nguyen Van Cu towards Chuong Duong bridge were congested for about 1km.
Ngoc Hoi Street, passing through the underground bus station towards Van Dien, is congested and vehicles move slowly.

According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, from early morning on October 14 to the end of October 15, there will be rain, moderate rain and thunderstorms in Hanoi , with rainfall of 30-60mm, and in some places heavy rain of over 90mm.
