On April 14th, Hanwha Life Vietnam Insurance Company Limited handed over more than 1.5 billion VND in insurance benefits to representatives of a customer's family in Tho Xuan, Thanh Hoa , demonstrating the company's commitment to its customers and affirming the humanitarian value of life insurance.

With the goal of providing financial protection in unforeseen life events, LTN customers have purchased the "An Khang Tai Loc" insurance product from Hanwha Life Vietnam, distributed through Hanwha Life Vietnam's General Agency - Thanh Hoa General Agency Office.
During the insurance policy period, the customer unfortunately passed away. Upon receiving the information, Hanwha Life Vietnam immediately coordinated with relevant departments to offer condolences and support to the family. Simultaneously, they promptly assisted the family in completing the necessary paperwork for the insurance claim and proceeded to pay the family representative over 1.5 billion VND in insurance benefits.

During the meeting, the customer's family representative expressed satisfaction with the timely support received from Hanwha Life Vietnam and the consultant. The money received from the company's payout was much-needed financial assistance, helping the family cover some of their living expenses and focus on other matters.
Mr. Le Tuyen Vinh, Director of the Thanh Hoa General Agency Office of Hanwha Life Vietnam, said: “We offer our deepest condolences to the family for their immense grief and loss. Upon receiving information about this case, we promptly coordinated with relevant departments to process the benefit payments as promised. We hope that with the company's financial and emotional support, the family will soon overcome this difficult period and gradually stabilize their lives.”

In 2023, Hanwha Life Vietnam paid out insurance benefits to over 52,700 cases, totaling nearly VND 415 billion for benefits related to critical illnesses, death, injury due to accidents, and hospital expense support. The time taken to process insurance benefits in 2023 was also shortened to an average of only about 3 days per case. These impressive figures once again affirm the commitment to partnering with and building trust with customers, while also demonstrating the role of life insurance in protecting and providing financial support to Vietnamese people.
